is Ezyhealth?
Incorporated
on 14 Aug 1999, Ezyhealth was public listed on the Singapore stock exchange on
the following year and changed its name to Ezyhealth Holdings Pte Ltd.
Since then the company has diversified its business activities and now owns 4
business divisions comprising of Managed Healthcare services, Medical
Laboratory services, Medical Aesthetics, and Publications & Events.
In 2006, Ezyhealth underwent one of the largest reverse takeovers in
Singapore’s Corporate History, and is now known as Ezyhealth Holdings Pte Ltd.
At Ezyhealth, we understand the special needs of the health care industry and
the dynamics of the health care market. Our people offer a strong combination
of functional expertise and in-depth local knowledge that helps us serve our
